Sintel, the Full Short, on a Rainy Sunday
Some films are best watched with the lights off and the rain on the window. Sintel is one of them.
What to watch for
Small improvements compound. A page that loads a little faster, a heading that reads a little clearer, and a form with one fewer field all add up.
Every studio accumulates habits it never chose. Once a year we list them and ask whether each one still earns its place.
Feedback lands better when it describes the effect rather than the fix. “I lost track here” is more useful than “move this paragraph”.
Reading work aloud is the cheapest editing tool there is. Your ear catches rhythm problems that your eye skips over, especially in long sentences.
The film is released under a Creative Commons licence, so you can download it, study it, and share it freely.

Good question. We will cover that in a follow-up soon.
